Frequently asked questions

Does StarQR post reviews to Google for my customers?

No. StarQR only opens your Google review page. Customers decide whether to write a review and what it says. We never submit or fabricate reviews.

Do customers need an app or an account?

No. Any phone camera can scan the QR code, and the feedback page opens in the browser. Customers stay anonymous unless they choose to share contact details.

What happens when a customer has a bad experience?

We don't offer them suggested wording. Instead they can privately tell you what went wrong. They are still free to open Google Reviews — we never hide that option.

Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile, choose “Ask for reviews” or “Share review form” and copy the link (it usually looks like https://g.page/r/…/review).

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 30 days free — one business and one QR code, with no card or payment details needed. After 30 days your QR codes pause until you pick a paid plan; your data is kept and everything switches back on as soon as you pay.

How do I pay? Do I need a credit card or auto-debit mandate?
