StarQR helps businesses collect customer feedback and direct customers to their Google review page. By using StarQR you agree to use it honestly.

Honest reviews

You must not use StarQR to create fake reviews, to pay or incentivise customers for positive reviews, or to discourage customers with negative experiences from leaving a public review. StarQR never submits reviews on anyone's behalf; customers decide whether to post a review and what it says.

Your content

You are responsible for the business details, links and review suggestion templates you add. Google review links must point to your own Google Business Profile.

Accounts

Keep your password secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your businesses, QR codes, analytics and feedback.
